Udayapur district police on Monday night arrested a youth on charge of vandalising Nabil Bank's ATM from Triyuga Municipality-11.
The name of the 18-year-old Indian national, a resident of Madhubani in India, has not been disclosed.
Acting on a tip-off, security personnel deployed from the Udayapur-based District Police Office nabbed the accused while he and some other persons were vandalising the ATM.
The police are looking for the other absconding people and further investigation into the matter is underway, informed the police.
