The reply debate (counter-arguments) on the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) on the behalf of writ petitioners has started in the Supreme Court since Sunday.
The lawyers who had been arguing against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) by President Bidhya Devi Bhandari have completed their arguments in the Supreme Court today.
The SC Bar Association has recommended the names of Senior Advocates Komal Prasad Ghimire and Prakash Bahadur KC as the amicus curiae for the hearing on the writ petition filed against the dissolution of the HoR in the SC.
