Police in Siraha arrested three youths from Matiyarwa Lovtoli in Lahan Municipality-1 in possession of one pistol and a bullet on Saturday night.
One of the arrested has been identified as Karan Purbe (25), a resident of Lahan Municipality while the names of the other two have not been disclosed.
They were absconding since May 11 after stealing Rs six lakh, two tolas of gold, and 20 tolas of silver from Indradev Thakur's home in Krishnatole of Lahan Municipality-1. Security personnel deployed from the Lahan-based Area Police Office nabbed them with a pistol from Purbe's home while probing their home.
Further investigation into the case is underway, said the police.
