Police have arrested three persons involved in the incident of robbery of Citizen Bank at Karsia BP Chowk, Dhanpalathan Gaonpalika-4 of Morang. Among the arrested are Shyam Mukhiya, 32, of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-8, Sunil Yadav, 28, of Bharat Araria Sekhpura-5 and Vijay Sahani, 30, of Bharat Araria Goraha-4.
Police arrested the three while they were fleeing to India on a motorcycle (Ko 25 Pa 3899) near Khairbana Chowk, Gapa 2, Morang Dhanpalathan. According to the District Police Office, Morang, Sahani was found shot in the left thigh and was taken to Rangeli Hospital for treatment. Police have recovered 1 round loaded bullet used by Sunil Yadav, 1 sharp pistol and 1 Nokia mobile phone from Sahani.
