Aiming at the upcoming local level election, the distribution and sale of liquor have been completely banned in Parsa and Bara districts from 12 noon on April 10.
As per the decision of the security committee of both the districts, the distribution and sale of liquor in the district have been completely banned till the election is held.
Chief District Officer of Parsa, Umesh Kumar Dhakal, informed that the transportation and sale of liquor have been completely banned in the district from 12 noon tomorrow. According to Assistant Chief District Officer Shivaraj Sedain, the distribution and sale of liquor have been completely banned in the Bara district from 12 noon on April 10 till the election.
