President Bidya Devi Bhandari has authenticated two bills. The authenticated bills include the Bill Designed to Amend the Plants Conservation Act, 2005 AD, and the Bill Designed to Amend the Seeds Act, 1988 AD.
The two bills were forwarded to the Office of the President for authentication after their endorsement by the House of Representatives and the National Assembly of the Federal Parliament.
The President authenticated the bills in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution, the Office of the President said.
