Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has offered his best wishes to all Nepalis at home and abroad on the occasion of Loktantra Day.
In a message of greetings on Saturday, the former Prime Minister has urged all to play their strong part in the effective implementation of the federal democratic republic that has been established through historic movements.
The Day has been observed on Saturday to mark the reinstatement of the dissolved House of Representatives as a result of the People's Movement-II. The movement was carried out against the royal coup by former King Gyanendra Shah in 2005.
