The Education and Health Committee under the House of Representatives has directed the government to conduct class 12 examination in the home centre as soon as possible by maintaining health safety measures and physical distance.
Today's meeting of the committee has directed the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to conduct the examination by managing the vaccine as it has affected the children mentally. The committee has also directed the government to make arrangements for the engineering college not to charge any fee other than tuition fees as there are no other activities in the college due to Covid-19.
The committee had been holding discussions with the representatives of the concerned bodies saying that only class 12 has been postponed time and again while other level examinations were being conducted. Although the National Examination Board was preparing to conduct the examination at the Home Center, it was postponed due to the decision of the CCMC.
