All hearings at the Supreme court were canceled on Monday and Tuesday. Today, only the Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Jabara’s hearings were conducted.
CJ Rana had assigned other Judges to hearings too but none have been conducted. CJ Rana has been accused of demanding for a seat in cabinet which has questioned the Judiciary; the Judges have denied the hearings, demanding the answer.
CJ Rana has said that he is capale of fulfilling the responsibilities given by the Constitution and the Law. He has also requested the Judges to fulfill their responsibilities as many have been affected by the cancellation of the hearings.
