The meeting of the Council of Ministers of Bagmati Province held on Tuesday evening appointed Krishna Kumari Basnet as a Member of the Provincial Policy and Planning Commission, confirmed Internal Affairs and Law Minister of Bagmati Ganga Narayan Shrestha.
Likewise, the provincial government has decided to announce a public holiday in Makawanpur, Dhading and Chitwan districts of the province on September 8 on the occasion of Nwagi festival of the Chepang community.
Similarly, the meeting has approved Province Disaster Management Fund Mobilization Procedures, 2080 BS.
The province government has also approved the Organization and Management Survey of the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Shrestha said.
