The high-level task formed by the government to address problems concerning the transport sector is to start by listing the demands of the sector that will be addressed immediately and those that can be addressed in the long term.
A meeting of the task force held under the chairmanship of Director General of the Department of Transport Management Tulsinath Gautam also decided that by today evening transport entrepreneurs and labor unions and associations will form a common opinion on the problems facing the transport sector and submit it to the task group, according to General Secretary of Nepal Transport Workers' Association Nurnath Pant.
