In the last year, 360 people have died in accidents in Bagmati. According to the Bagmati State Traffic Police Office, they lost their lives in accidents in 10 districts except for Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.

According to Chief Superintendent of Police Sushil Singh Rathore, 1,647 people were killed in the accident. Similarly, 3,389 people have been injured. Of the injured, 2,520 were normal and 869 seriously injured, according to the office.

A total of 34 people were killed in 135 accidents in April last year. 231 people were injured in those accidents. At least 19 people have been killed and 130 injured in 87 accidents in May, according to the office. According to the office, 18 people were killed in 123 accidents in June. 212 people were injured in the same accident. At least 24 people were killed and 242 injured in 150 accidents in July. Similarly, 22 people lost their lives in 118 accidents in August. Two hundred and seventy-eight people were injured.

Thirty-six people were killed and 375 injured in 158 accidents in September. At least 437 people were injured and 41 others lost their lives in 163 road accidents in October. Thirty-five people were killed in 155 accidents in Mangsir. 363 people have been injured in the same accident. At least 31 people have been killed in an accident in Pus. 220 people were injured in 114 accidents. At least 34 people have been killed and 177 injured in 122 road accidents in January.

At least 34 people have been killed and 389 others injured in 175 accidents in Phagun. According to the office, 32 people lost their lives in 147 accidents in Chait. According to the office, 335 people have been injured in the same accident.

Two thousand 407 vehicles have been involved in accidents in Bagmati province during the year. The statistics of the office show that most of the accidents involved motorcycles. According to Rathore, the head of the office, 1,201 motorcycles have been involved in accidents. He said that 363 jeeps, cars and vans, 302 trucks, tankers, 302 buses, 161, 97 tippers, 84 tractors, 73 tampos, 64 powered vehicles, 34 microbuses and 28 other vehicles were involved in the accident.
