Nepal lost to the Philippines in the first match of AFC Women's Asian Cup qualifiers held in Uzbekistan on Saturday.
Initially, Nepal led the match with a 1-0 score. Bimala Chaudhary's goal for Nepal had taken lead in the first half against the Philippines. However, in the 89th minute, the Philippines took the opportunity to draw with Nepal with the goal scored by Tahnai Annis.
In addition, in the second half's injury time, Camille Wilson scored the second goal for the Philippines taking the lead of 2-1.
Nepal listed under Group 'F' of AFC Women's Asian Cup qualifiers also includes Hong Kong.
