The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) bid farewell to the U-20 team at the ANFA complex.
Nepali Congress leader Mohan Basnet, ANFA president Pankaj Nemwang and ANFA officials bid farewell to the team. The group stage matches will be played from September 10 to 18.
In the U-20 Asian Cup selection, Nepal is in Group 'B'. Nepal's group includes Qatar, Bahrain, Bhutan and Bangladesh.
In the group stage, Nepal will play Bhutan on September 10, Qatar on September 12, Bahrain on September 14 and Bangladesh on September 18.
The group winners will qualify for the U-20 Asian Cup to be held in Uzbekistan in 2023.
