Speaker of the Bagmati State Sanu Kumar Shrestha said that there was a problem in the protection of human rights due to the inability to implement the laws and regulations related to it. He said that all the problems would be solved if the individuals and bodies running the state were united and understood their rights and duties.
Chief of Hetauda Metropolitan City Meena Lama and Chief District Officer of Makwanpur Bharatmani Pandey expressed their views on various issues on human rights as well.
