Daman Bahadur Bhandari of CPN-UML has won the provincial by-election of Bajhang.
He won by defeating his nearest rival Abhishek Bahadur Singh of Nepali Congress by 266 votes.
The winning Bhandari has received 11 thousand 612 votes. Abhishek Bahadur Singh of Nepali Congress got 11 thousand 346 votes.
