Rajendra Prasad Pandey of the CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to take oath as the Chief Minister today. Pandey is scheduled to take oath at 3.15 pm, said Laxman Lamsal, a Bagmati Province member of the CPN-US.
Pandey is even forming a small cabinet today. Shalikram Jamarkattel, Kumari Moktan, Krishnalal Vandel from the CPN- Maoist Center (MC) and Krishna Khanal from the Unified Socialists are becoming ministers in Pandey's cabinet.
