Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has welcomed the Supreme Court verdict on reinstatement of House of Representatives (HoR).
Issuing a press statement this evening, NC President Deuba reminded that NC had termed the HoR dissolution by the communist party government led by KP Sharma Oli unconstitutional, undemocratic, authoritarian and totalitarian. The NC had also spoken against the interference on Supreme Court in the case sub judice, and the need for respect for the verdict.
"The NC welcomes and respects the SC verdict on reinstatement of HoR," Deuba mentioned in the press statement.
