The House of Representatives is meeting on Tuesday at 1 pm. Speaker Agni Sapkota had called a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee. According to the Parliament Secretariat, the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee will be convened at 11:30 am at Shankar Hall, Parliament House, Naya Baneshwor.
Two ordinances are being presented as per the public possible agenda. Law Minister Dilendra Prasad Badu will present Ordinance 2078 against sexual violence and to amend some acts related to criminal offenses and criminal procedure.
Meanwhile, the main opposition party CPN-UML has stated that it will continue its protest in Tuesday's meeting. The party also did not attend the all-party meeting convened by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
