It's always a treat for melomaniacs to see different music artistes collaborating and coming up with catchy songs. Bollywood music lovers are lucky as they have witnessed several international collaborations over the years. From Akon to Snoop Dogg and Kylie Minogue, a slew of international artistes have recorded songs for Indian films.

Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg enthralled Indian audience with his song in Akshay Kumar's film 'Singh is King'. The international rap megastar grooved to the tunes of the title song with the Bollywood action hero and UK-based Bhangra band, RDB. He was featured in the song's music video donning an Indian outfit and turban.

Akon

'Lonely' hitmaker Akon sang 'Criminal' and 'Chammak Chalo' for Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor-starrer superhero film 'Ra.One', which was released in 2011.

Kylie Minogue

How time flies! It's been 12 years since the peppy number 'Chiggy Wiggy' from Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Blue' was released. To date, the song is fondly remembered for Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue's catchy English lyrics and her dance with Bollywood's Khiladi Kumar.

International DJ Diplo worked with music composer Pritam for a song ' ‘Phurrr’ from Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma's film Jab Harry Met Sejal. Imtiaz Ali directed the film.

Tata Young

Thai singer Tata Young featured in the first instalment of Yash Raj Films’s action thriller franchise 'Dhoom'. The film was released in 2004.
